These were my two Disruptors as I call them. They are based on the Trainwreck Liverpool amp designed and incredibly implemented by the late Ken Fisher, however there are slight changes to these circuits. The tolexed version has London Power's famous DC Powerscale which allows for volume reduction in the different stages of the amp. This gives you a nice selection of tonal variations and distortion colors. It also has a slightly different power supply setup with AC30 type choke. Both amps run abut 35-40watts, 4-JJ EL84s for output tubes, solid state rectification, and use vintage Telefunken/Sylvania 12AX7s. The beautiful maple wood cabinet for was done by John Eberl of CT specifically for this amp. The speakers are 1-Celestion Alnico Gold 12" 8 ohms each open back cabinet or 2x12 Celestion Blue Alnicos.
